How CostGuide uses your information
When you ask for a callback, we collect your name, phone, ZIP, the job, how soon you need it, and any notes you add, so we can send the request to the one independent plumber who covers your town.
What we collect
- Homeowners: name, phone, ZIP, job details, and the notes you choose to add.
- Plumbers asking about a territory: shop name, contact name, phone, email, town, and notes.
How it is used
Your request is stored by CostGuide and delivered to the plumber for your town (or to our team for a plumber inquiry) by CRM, email, and text. We do not send the same homeowner request to a second plumber in that town.
What we do not do
We do not sell a shared lead list. ZIP codes outside the towns we cover are marked out of area. Please do not include health details you would not want a plumber to see.
